IN THE VINEYARD

Manual grape harvest in small crates , full destemming and light crushing

VINIFICATION

each block is vinified separately by indigeneous yeasts, light pumping over for colour and tannins extraction

MATURING

in 3 years old demi muids for 12 months then 6 months in concrete tank before bottling without fining and filtration

VARIETALS

Syrah 50%, Mourvèdre 50%

SERVING

to serve at 16 °C

TASTING NOTES

Nose:

crushed strawberry,liquorice,blackcurrant and rose.

Mouth

The texture is harmoniously balanced, smooth with silky tannins on a beautiful finish emphasized by ripe fruit
